My love of all things horror has led me, and most likely, you to this place. I am an absolute, unashamed horror movie geek. It's taken me years to admit it- but I believe that the day that I waited in line for five hours to meet Bruce Campbell- well, that pretty much cemented it. I was raised on a steady diet of set-piece teen slasher flicks... the originals- Friday the 13th, Halloween, Prom Night and others of that ilk and later found my way into classic horror and zombie territory. My taste is eclectic in that I can find a place in my heart for both the brilliant and the exquisitely painful entries in the genre. I'm a sucker for any film with a chainsaw, and I was hypnotized by the lawnmower scene in Peter Jackson's legendary gorefest, Dead Alive. If you are with me on any of this, we're on the same wavelength.
