Wilderness? Not that I know of. Anne Parillaud became famous to international audiences for playing la femme Nikita in 1990. She also co-starred in Vincent Ward's Map of the Human Heart in 1993. Perhaps you're thinking of one of those?

You are right, Im thinking of Amanda Ooms. But I remember these two movies because they were on late in the same week and I thought it was the same girl. Ive never forgotten either of the movies and they are bloody HARD to find!
This is the one where she moves on the mob boss in the beginning and he's got garlic breath? Classic.
