Curious Facts: The Grudge is actually the third in the Ju-on series. The first two (Ju-on: The Curse and Ju-on: The Curse 2) were made for japanese television. Ju-on is "the curse of one who dies in a powerful rage. It gathers and takes effect in the places where that person was alive. Those who encounter its energy die, and a new curse is born."
